Human Resource Management Division, Punjab National Bank (PNB) has published notification for the recruitment of Specialist Officer (General Manager-HR (Corporate), Chief Digital Officer, AGM (Economist) & AGM (Company Secretary)) vacancies on regular basis. PNB Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post: Specialist Officer
1. General Manager-HR (Corporate)
2. Chief Digital Officer
3. AGM (Economist)
4. AGM (Company Secretary)
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 40 – 50 years for Post No. 01, 35 – 48 years for Post No. 02, 45 – 50 years for Post No. 03 & 35 – 50 years for Post No. 04 as on 01-01-2017.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Human Resources/ Organizational Development from an institute of repute for Post No. 01, BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% & above marks or B.Sc and MCA from a recognized University/ Institute and MCAs should have done a course in computer organization and Design/ Architecture & Post Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference or Graduation and MBA/ PGDBM with specialization in Marketing & Finance should have associated with Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation etc for Post No. 02, Post Graduation in Economics with Monetary/ Financial Economics/ Statistics/ Econometrics as subjects from an Indian/ Foreign University duly recognized by Govt. of India or other regulatory bodies and Doctoral Degree in these subjects and/ or relevant published work/research papers will be an added advantage for Post No. 03 & Minimum Graduation And Membership of Institute of Companies secretaries of India for Post No. 04 with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit & interview.
